Public bug reported:
I downloaded and installed a fresh Ubuntu Edgy on my AMD64 machine
(Intel D930). I followed the instructions at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XenOnEdgy, replacing i386 with amd64 where
appropriate. Upon booting into my Xen kernel, I get a lot of
information, and a final line:
There was a change is mutt's handling of an IMAP BAD response.
However, Etch's libsasl2 doesn't seem to recognize fastmail's OTP
method, so it doesn't get a chance to hit the bug. Attached is a
possible -proposed update for the bug, which fixes the behavior for me,
and restores the prior intent
i also am experiencing this problem. i have a system that i updated
from dapper, running on a laptop. i have a preexisting banshee library.
(in dapper, banshee worked fine)
i tried to install the gnome network manager and this does not fix the
problem.
i tried to reinstall banshee, and this

I have installed aMule (dapper) in edgy for testing. aMule (dapper) did
not crash in dapper, so I though it was worth testing.
As a result, aMule (dapper) will crash in edgy in just the same way. I
don't know how to provide in-depth crash analysis so that is all I can
offer for now. But this

This bug needs to be fixed in opera. The script does not check only the
contents of /usr/X11R6/bin but also what's recorded in the package
database. Moving files around at random won't work. Also.. we did kill
usr/X11R6/bin before dapper. That means that opera package in commercial
repo is wrong.
