The real problem may be my slow hard disks. The real time that beagle take
to finish is about 1 minute, in a normal work day, but the cpu time is about
10 seconds. Maybe the init script is sending SIGKILL to it very earlier. I'm
using beagle 0.2.16 and doing some tests, but still my index is ok.

I run an updated feisty on the iMac G5 rev C. Before update, i got
nothing for iwlist scan. After update, i dpkg-reconfigure
bcm43xx-fwcutter, then unload/reload bcm43xx and try iwlist scan. This
time, it lists about 20 spots. However, only the MAC address was
teached, all other was dumb.
Confirmed, too (Dapper). Using Finnish, the bogus _n: preface is only
shown when there is _one_ package to update. Singular / plural issue,
where the singular option isn't shown correctly?

nm-vpn-properties needs awk on startup. It looks for it in /bin/awk but
is installed in /usr/bin/awk. I had to set a symlink to get it starting
and save my configuration. The package has no dependency to awk defined.

So... update-manager give one warning around disk space?
Good... because yesterday I did one remote upgrade (edgy/ festy) using
apt/dpkg and I think that it don't calcule the necessary disk space,
after download... when starts to install the packages.
My disk space was over when the new kernel
