Works a treat on my nx7400 too.
I am also using kernel 2.6.20.14 and acpi-support 0.95, but it did not work by
itself (only very occasionally as reported by others).
As the patched package kindly supplied by Scott Robinson was for an older
version of acpi-support, I manually added the scripts

I have managed to get the Volito2 working, as in recognised and in default
absolute mode.
However, I am used to using it in relative mouse mode. When I change the
settings in xorg.conf, the cursor goes crazy on the x axis - jumping around. Y

I upgraded the kernel to 2.6.20-14.* and can confirm that this was a
REGRESSION over 2.6.20-13:
On 2.6.20-13, I do get the fsck failure at boot, but continuing the boot
without fsck'ing works: one of my 2 IDE disks gets automounted (it
contains my /home, so fairly essential), the other is shown
Doesn't solve my problem anyway (IDE - SATA adapter). Managed to get machine
booted with 2.6.20-13 kernel by removing the SATA adapter and connecting the
disk on IDE. Installed -14 kernel from apt.
Copy of errors from a recovery boot attached. I didn't add what I assume
are the timestamps in

Ok, this bug is only reproducible on amd64. i386 doesn't seem to be
affected.
Also, it can be triggered by switching between firefox profiles.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Launch firefox http://launchpad.net, everything's OK
