The Thunderbird menu item is not translated in gutsy, but it was in
feisty. debian/mozilla-thunderbird.desktop has lost the translations it
had in feisty.

Binary package hint: thunar
Delete some files with thunar. Compare trash of nautilus and trash of
thunar. They don't match. Nautilus uses .Trash folder and other programs
too. thunar version is 0.8.0 in gutsy.

Do you mean that it could be a more general problem than a pure Ubuntu one?
The strange thing is that if I use windows from the same computer, then it's
working. That is why I assumed that it should be a problem related to the OS.
