I found a workaround that seems to work. It seems that the current
version of oprofile gets confused by sampling data from previous
versions or other kernels. After deleting the complete /var/lib/oprofile
directory, oprofile works as expected.

Firefox hangs when any I click on any popup link. I selected/deselected
the popup-blocker option from firefox preferences.. but does not work.

I managed to fix (via workaround) for this problem by installing gutsy and then
installing Envy.
Envy is not core ubuntu software it is written by some italian guy but

I make a folder (Test) and I make 3 subfolders (Subtest1, 2, 3) in it.
I rename parent folder Test to Tester.
Tester shows up as a folder in evolution. The 3

Error kdesktop: The process for the file protocol died unexpectedly., The
process for the media protocol died unexpectedly.
Then I have a CD or DVD in DVD drive I have this error. Making bigger your
RAM resolves it partially - with 256MB RAM I has got this error almost every
time and now then
I managed to fix (via workaround) for this problem by installing gutsy and then
installing Envy.
Envy is not core ubuntu software it is written by some italian guy but
the code needs to be included Ubuntu as it solves a lot of monitor
configuration problems.
