On a brand new installation on Hardy (including samba-common) users are
getting error:

only one of the snd-hda-intel.ko file in each set of modules. Here's the

It also affect my Ubuntu Hardy and DiNovo mouse and Keyboard.
It is quite annoying and should be corrected quickly as it is the

Found something VERY strange just as i opened my MBA :
screen touches were working!
but stranger:
as i rebooteed, they were not working, so how is it possible? i've found some
part of solution:
when the computer boots, it does not work and screen light is set to mex, even
if it runs on battery.
I can see this now on a Sony Vaio with a Go 6200. I guess it only

I'm having the same problem, but when I try to run the following command from a
terminal:
dos2unix /usr/share/applications/kde/wlassistant.desktop
I get:

i am also getting this problem. attaching to the process with strace
gives the same segmentation faults in a loop as above.
