use compiz. I reinstalled xserver-xgl and kept mouse-keys disabled. Now it does

Same symptoms as first reported, on Toshiba A100 - ATI Xpress 200M, ati binary

More informationI'm running 32bit a GA-P35-DS3L (rev2). I was

I applied all the updates today (all 103 of them, although there was no
mention for this in the changelogs :) and found out that it actually
*is* entirely fixed. No more flickering at all. It's a dream come true!

I'm experiencing this bug in Hardy, due to my real-time clock being set
to localtime and my /usr being on an LVM. The bug is usually masked by
ntpdate setting the correct time, but whenever I boot my notebook
without a network connection, ntpdate can't do its job, and the system
time is off by
closing since that works correctly now
