I have the same problem as tocotac.
I was upgrading from 8.04 to 8.10. It is an IBM T22 laptop. I'm not sure
how to copy the files you requested as I'm a bit of a Noobie but the

all pdf attachments can only either be saved, or opened with Remote
Desktop Viewer (which then obviously results in an error). Other pdfs

Well, my computer just hard-locked while listening to music in
Rhythmbox. The only thing is that I'm not sure what the cause is. A
few times I've looked at my wireless connection, and I've seen that it's
working when the lock-up occurs, and that's both with the hard-lock and

I have tried every way from Sunday to get the Adobe flash player to play
videos in firefox 3.0.3 in intrepid. every time i play a flash video
(youtube) it only runs for about 2 seconds, sometimes less, then the
video and sound stop. moving to a different part of the video
I was able to get a good install. The problem was using full version name
2.7.0-14 instead of 2.7.

Auto eth0 is not changeable for me either, but adding a new one is
