I think I've been hited by this bug, too. Firestarter do not start
automatically on startup the system, supposedly it should starts when eth0 is

The upstream bug is now resolved, and as far as I understand it, the fix
is a general acpi-video fix that possibly could close a number of bugs

If I read you correctly in the other bug, you do actually log it if the
disk runs full, so I'm marking this bug as invalid, have unduped the

The resizing problem has gone away in as much as I can start minicom and
talk through the serial port without the gnome-terminal continually
resizing.
However, I can no longer resize the gnome-terminal horizontally ?!?!
I can change the size vertically (e.g. make the
$ apt-cache policy minicom gnome-terminal

Martin, thanks for your work on this. Some questions/notes:
- Do we really need to explicitly build -dbg packages, given that pkg-
create-dbgsym already builds them for every package in the archive
anyway? The long-term goal is actually to remove -dbg packages entirely
