The reason I ask is I'd be interested to see where in the boot process
it seems to temporarily hang. To temporarily remove the options, press
'Escape' key at the 3 second pause by Grub bootloader. Then press 'e'

I am able to see the ACL tab. Using Jaunty 2.6.28-11-generic 64 Bit, and
eiciel 0.9.6.1-2ubuntu1. The change that I had made was to put acl as
a parameter in /etc/fstab and remount - till the time you don't put it,
it doesn't appear. Oh, and I'd also installed nautilus-scripts, just in
case.

I know this is old, but personally I'd prefer to see a startup script in
/etc/init.d/glassfish
The first thing I did was create my own anyway. The domain directory
being split from the rest of the glassfish install was enough of a
change from a standard glassfish install that I had to go hunting

Ok I've been trying several things and here is what I can say:
- this problem is not related to keyboard and mouse connected to the same
external usb hub, since I had it with the mouse only
- this problem happens only on one of my hub: D-link DUB-H7 ports USB 2 hub.
