the problematic behaviour is quite simply described: the cpu usage raises up to
~90% when typing fast and continuosly in kile. what kind of file that is (big,

When I add a new repo to sources.list, for example one from a Ubuntu
PPA, then I run apt-get update and I get the following warnings:

It does not work for Jaunty x86 and amd64. Tested today fully updated.
I have two disk in raid1. And another alone for the OS. Motherboard only let me
select RAID, AHCI and SATA.
So eveything is working with RAID. Even the sparse disk.

I have a similar problem. I can often cause a crash of my NVidia X
server when ending an ediff session with emacs (emacs22-gtk, version
emacs-22.2-ubuntu2).
To recreate: Open emacs, open two files in separate buffers, type M-x
ediff-buffers, browse changes, then type 'q' to quit the ediff

I think the installation related to wubi is likely experiencing bug
252900. With the non-wubi install, has this persisted with the latest
Jaunty 9.04 release which has a 2.6.28 based kernel? Thanks.
