Squeezecenter is not a part of Ubuntu. It changes the configuration of

I have that file alright. My guess is that you removed manually the file and
confused the conffile handling at one point. Then purging likewise-open5
doesn't clean up since the file is installed by likewise-open5-eventlog.

/dev/etherd/e2.2 and /dev/etherd/e2.2p1) then try to attach either,
libvirt segfaults, regardless of whether it was previously attached or

I strongly suspect that addresses per subnet in eucalyptus.conf is either set
to 64 (that will give you 61 instances max and is consistent with your
behavior) or you increased the value but didn't restart the CC (it need to
cleanrestart).

I've built a ppa build of euca2ools with the patch at

Yep, I confirm that it is a bug against eucalyptus (not euca2ools). I
was using an older version of euca2ools that did double encoding of the
user data.

The conf is in the attached tar file, but i changed the value from 32
(default) to 512 from the beginning of the install (i ran into this
VNET_ADDRPERNET problem yesterday). 64 was never entered.
I've just rebooted the entire cluster and ran more tests. I can have more than
61 instances
