I also have an Lenovo X60 with 9.10 and it fails to suspend with the SD
Card mounted. The unit has to be powered down by holding down the power
button on the laptop.

I've tested the PPA version, by changing the display resolution (adding
and removing an external display with a different screen width), and it

The problem seems to be different since I'm not able to
deterministically start my X even with above mentioned workaround.
The manually changed xorg.conf yields to the same X-window-not-working-
handling. Neither trying to create a new config nor default low-graphics
mode is working. A service

On some further investigation: it looks like:
(a) I must have made a stupid mistake in previous attempts
(b) Some updates had fixed it
Because as I am writing this, I am also connected via my USB-N11 to a
Wirless b/g network with WPA2-PSK; using WICD for graphical network
I guess there really is a god! Can we please get a permanent fix for
this?
