I've tried the latest Lucid build and that produces very similar
results. The main thing I notice about it is that it's using the nouveau
driver which is what I think is responsible for what I'm seeing.

I today tried to print a pdf with my HP cp1515n, which I had installed
automatically by printer-applet in current Kubuntu Lucid and got a page which
had black instead of white between the - correctly printed - lines of text. I

The spacing between indicators makes any icons that appear in the legacy
notification area (which has very little spacing) appear crowded.
Please increase the spacing between icons in the legacy notification

I had translated about 700 strings/texts and then, after one update, all
disappeared. If it was the case of such typos as referred in the first
message, I don't believe it'd make sense to remove ALL the translations,
right? Or did every single one of them
