Disable sync to v-blank.

I've fixed this in the master branch of evolution-couchdb, so that the
revisions are stored separately from the VCARD sent to Evolution, and so
VCARDs can be moved around easily. Will be in the next unstable release
tarball

didn't work, but file sharing worked well.
After new installation of cups and samba i could resolve this problem.
But now i can't see the samba network in nautilus!
