This got fixed a while ago, now that the indicator listens to the
gsettings value. The list will be updated once the you close the
location popup.

The same is happening here and with some other people (see bug #740905)
when using the classical desktop. Almost sure it's a compiz' issue, not
an unity's one.

actually a calendar daemon is not needed to display the calendar widget.
There is just a stupid check in the code whether evolution is installed,
preventing the calendar to be displayed.
So a quick workaround is doing
sudo touch /usr/bin/evolution
remember to remove that empty file once there

Ubuntu 'natty' switched to multiarch recently and my cross toolchain
packages started to fail to build. Most of problems were fixed but then
dpkg-cross hit us.
Today I looked at dpkg-cross and made attached patch to handle problem.
What patch does is converting multiarch packages into old
