Sorry, I missed Alex's comment and never answered...
I reinstalled a fresh Natty 64 beta this week and did not get this
problem when installing hddtemp and ttf-mscorefonts, so I could not
reproduce it : the new windows during programs installation with
Synaptic opened in first plan so I could
closing this bug as there is a confirmation from Ben about the fix to
this issue.
