I agree with aa900 that using Ubuntu Classic No effects mode seems to
help- I will say that when trying this overnight a few nights ago, by

Actually flash-kernel fails when you're using dash, as the applied patch
contains a bashism.
Another issue with the upload is wrong version number, it should be 19.1
instead of 20.
With patch posted at comment #2 it all works well.

This is really annoying because if app closes and minimizes to tray then
usually the only "normal" possibility to really close it is by using
it's menu ("File / Close" for example).
That leads to a conclusion -> if global menu disappears for such an
application, the only way to close it is by kill
@Christer: the issue is quite complex, not sure it can be backported in
natty. I'll work on experimenting this in oneiric first (I'll probably
look at that next week). then, we can try to backport in a ppa for
natty.

Hello,
I can't confirm the bug under Natty because I am not using it.
I am still on 10.10 and I think bugs in old version should also be fixed
because not everybody wants to upgrade

Does no one else use multi-monitor setups with one monitor on top of the

I just gave unity a 'real try' on my primary work desktop, where I have
