X server does not
The real issue being reported here seems to be:
PDF files printed from Acrobat Reader get forever stuck in CUPS -
whether they are sent to a real printer or a virtual one.
Re-titling and re-assigning to CUPS accordingly.

The udev rule should not be necessary. And, it's likely that the wacom
driver could work. Try adding Aiptek|AIPTEK|aiptek to the Wacom Class
in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-wacom.conf, and see if the device
works?
