This is getting worse.. Now with Natty 11.04 I can not even get it to work by
rebooting to Windows, disable and enable the NIC again and then reboot to
Ubuntu (like with 10.10) to have a working NIC. Driver with Fedora 10 or 11 was
much more stable.

My Asus U46E-BAL5 notebook had the same issue. It did not identify the ELAN
touch pad when I installed Ubuntu 11.04, It was showing a Logitech PS/2 mouse.
