I can confirm this issue when using Chromium browser. I have my bookmark
bar always showing in Chromium. If I drag a bookmark which is already in
the bookmark bar, to move it into a bookmark folder for example, the

texlive-latex-recommended installs listings package, while texlive-
extra-utils installs listings-ext package which should supersede
listings but does not do so, resulting in errors when attempting to use
styles from listings-ext. Can be fixed by manually editing listings.cfg

Looks like you're running Shotwell 0.11.2. I suggest upgrading to the
latest stable release (Shotwell 0.11.6) and trying to replicate this.
