[Bug 780220] Re: pip install numpy fail in virtualenv
Ok, regarding my previous comment: this seems to have been caused by a particular of my setup. My python virtualenv was in ~/usr/local... and this was being 'corrected' by the setup script to ~/local... So, moving my virtualenv seems to avoid this problem: worth knowing for anyone who likes to install things under ~/usr. The installation is now failing with a permissions error - it is obviously attempting to install into /usr/local/lib - even though I'm within a virtualenv. I don't understand this, but it's not part of this bug so I'll leave it. Summary: this bug is considered fixed but I think the fix breaks for users who have use ~/usr... in their virtualenv. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/780220 Title: pip install numpy fail in virtualenv To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-virtualenv/+bug/780220/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 955434] Re: dropbox icon using wrong monochrome color
Hm, in fact there are some bright monochrome icons, but they seem to have the wrong name. Since I'm not a dropbox-user, could you please test whether this fixes the issue for you: Go to /usr/share/icons/elementary-xfce-dark/panel/22 and rename the dropbox* icons to dropboxstatus* (e.g. dropbox-busy.svg to dropboxstatus-busy.svg). [Bug 931818] Re: Elantech Touchpad become unusable in precise
On my system with Elantech touchpad, there sometimes is trouble with detecting motion events. For example, if I scroll through a menu with the pointer, the menu items are not hilighted as they should be, and the overlay scrollbar does not work correctly. Curiously, attaching a USB mouse fixes this somewhat (that is, it works correctly with the touchpad, as soon as a mouse is plugged in!), and so does forcing the psmouse driver to the imps protocol, so that the touchpad isn't handled by synaptics anymore. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/931818 Title: Elantech Touchpad become unusable in precise To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-input-synaptics/+bug/931818/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
