Some packages are found by the dash only at next reboot. I install
camorama and try to run it through the dash but it is not found until
next reboot. I install chromium, look for it through the dash and it is
shown immediately after installation.

alt-tab and ctrl-alt-tab invoke the alt-tab switcher dialog.
alt-shift-tab and ctrl-alt-shift-tab do not.
Should shift+alt+tab not also bring up the alt-tab window?

Sometimes when there is a crash I want to quickly paste it to someone.
But the apport crash detail window, while it allows me to select some
entries, it doesn't allow me to copy and then paste them somewhere else,
like pastebin.
