The significant performance degradation in ubuntu 12.04 in work with 9p
file system. It is working only for a couple of hours under intesive
read/write operations. after this all operations stops. The system
required complete shutdown of qemu and restarting it.
This seems to be an issue about how Launchpad generates translator-
credits, reassigning bug accordingly.

Since we had this summer over 45°C and my Laptop did not overheat i was just
surprised that after the latest kernel update my Laptop started to do an
emergency shutdown now and then. My first try was to change the fan settings in
the Bios and oops there is no such thing.

I have posted on said mailing list and got as answer that the Canon
Pixma ip1600 support did not actually work in 5.2.7 and therefore got
removed in 5.2.8. So we do not have a regression, this printer has never
worked under Ubuntu with only the included drivers.
You will have to use a Canon
I also notice this problem in Firefox, going to Ctrl+Alt+F2 and running
killall firefox (if the system is awake enough to run the command),
seems to fix it until Firefox freezes the system again.

I am able to reproduce this behaviour with ALT[wait]new tab[wait]ret
in chromium-browser and firefox where I get 2 tabs reproducibly. With a
gnome-terminal I get three lots of the paste buffer from
ALT[wait]paste[wait]ret.

Clutter is unable to find a valid input
I need to correct something - it seems that with opengl disabled there
is no flickering, sorry about that. It seems a session relog was
necessary after modifying the DConf setting. I'm attaching the xsession-
errors for disabled OpenGL. But both Launcher and Dash seem to be fine.

I don't know if this belongs in ubiquity or yaboot-installer but it
would be nice to have an option where to install the boot loader or not
install it at all (like Continue without bootloader installation in

Also worth noting: on a a different machine (a dell desktop running
3.0.0.16-generic - 64bit), if suspend/resume works just fine.
But after adding nomodeset to the boot parameters, resume nolonger works on
this machine either.
I suspect that something is broken in 3.0.0.15 3.0.0.16 regarding
