The only package-hook in my system that is in
/usr/share/apport/package_hooks is the rhythmbox one.
All the other package hooks are in /usr/share/apport/package-hooks .

Impossible to remove the h
I experience the same on my laptop. But I think it's related to suspend.
Can usually suspend without problems, but then after one or several
suspends, it stops working.
When it stops working, buttons still work.
