Ok. Turns out this is due to a partial en_GB translation in
/usr/share/locale-langpack/en_GB/LC_MESSAGES/mountall.mo.
I've confirmed that the mountall.pot translation template in launchpad
is up-to-date, so this is a translation issue, not a bug in mountall.
It appears that the translations
BOINC-app-seti was just uploaded to Debian unstable while I made those
weather jokes. Many thanks, Thorsten. Loctus, Daniel, could you address
that to find its way to the older Ubuntu releases, please? Now I would
need someone to address that for backports.debian.org.

I see that the r8168 driver is not in the upstream kernel. We generally

When I add a folder with accents, i.e: imágenes , the files can't be
readed. When I add the same files with add file options, it works ok.
I think is a encoding problem with the path.

I tried what ArTaX suggested and now Skype seems to be working fine, but
now I cannot control sound volume!
I think that what those commands do is disable access to other user to
Pulse, so Skype might be using another driver for the sound device. If

I installed xserver-xorg-video-vmware_12.0.1-1ubuntu1.1_amd64.deb from
precise-proposed in a VM and ran the test case, suspend works and the
display comes back.

Sometimes sudo reboot -h now works, sometime not.
Had the same problem on 11.10 so I didn't install nVidia driver on a
clean 12.04 install but problem was still there. Installed the nVidia

Sorry if I explained badly. You *don't* need to install the Nokia Ovi
Suite software, which is Windows-only btw, so it won't work in Ubuntu.
Your phone's USB settings usually have 3 or 4 different setups: Connect
PC to internet, Mass storage mode and Nokia/Ovi Suite mode. It's
the Nokia/Ovi suite
Today I created a new guest machine, and migration works for it! So I
compared xml files from old and new guests and noticed the difference
type arch='x86_64' machine='pc-0.12'hvm/type (old guests)
vs.
type arch='x86_64' machine='pc-1.0'hvm/type (new guest)
I changed all guest configs to pc-1.0
New debdiff which also makes sure proc is mounted before ischroot is
called, so that 'chroot precise-rootfs dpkg -i *.deb' succeeds and does
not leave dangling /run/shm mounts.

The attachment in #15 (sysvinit-shm2.debdiff) is the best fix in my
opinion. I don't have upload rights, and this ought to be reviewed
anyway. If noone speaks up here reviewing the patch in a few days, I'll
