When Super+1 is pressed, I expect a Nautilus window to open and I expect
this window to be given focus. Yet this does not happen if I press
Super+1 when another app's window has focus.

An icon is now added to the menu / Unity dash as expected when
installing treeline, and this seems to have been fixed a while back.
