Opening again. The fix for bug #1020313 changes the default config and
moves the applications root to /horizon (instead of /). The rest of the
config needs updating so that redirects function properly with the new
change.

This is a legitimate missing dependency, but unlikely to be a big
problem given that cifs-utils is on almost every seed we have:
cifs-utils (from cifs-utils) is seeded in:
edubuntu: dvd
kubuntu-active: daily-live
kubuntu: daily-live, dvd
lubuntu: daily-live
mythbuntu: daily-live
I can access all of my network from Ubuntu 12.04 using Samba, but can't
even see the Ubuntu machine on the Network listing on my Windows Vista
machine.

I can confirm that some domains coming from whois.ua are shown
improperly when one's LANG is set to UTF-8.
Unfortunately, the whois protocol is a bit simplistic and does not
support any encoding specification. So one has to guess. It would appear
that the authors of whois have guessed
