Doesn't sound like a problem with the package that ships the Ubuntu
keyring files; I suspect this should have been gnome-keyring, so
reassigning. Hard to tell though since the linked YouTube video is

Yeah, this was wrong. The next version was 2010.+05.27 to account for
this mistake, and current versions in e.g. precise are versioned
sensibly.
