Actually we do not want to start screen-saver at all, once ubiquity is
running. This is part of the design, as a black screen can be confusing.
So we actually disable the screensaver when running ubiquity, see bug
951336. So there should be no way to activate screensaver. Can you add a

FYI, I think this used to work okay in 10.04, but fails in exactly the
