As of 12.10, the problem seems to be that windows are initialized with
the glPaint handler disabled, and the glPaint handler only gets enabled
if the plugin is disabled/enabled.
It looks like the 12.04 version of this plugin used the config
serialization interface to enable the glPaint handler
FYI.. this is probably related to SSHD and not ubuntu. This happens on
archlinux as well, and may have something to do with DNS lookups that
are forwarded through the SSH proxy. Changing AddressFamily inet in
sshd_config may help, as that prevents the dns from doing ipv6 lookups.

We need a little bit more information from you about the system and what
version of the software you are using.
Can you please include the output of `lsb_release -a` (which will tell
us which version of Ubuntu you are using) and `dpkg -l etckeeper\*`
The option to enable it would be great. I'm so tired of missing the
stupid minimize button and exiting my windows. A one click to minimize
on the launcher is what we need and it makes total sense!

- cups-browsed: Added daemon to browse the Bonjour broadcasts of
shared remote CUPS printers and automatically add local raw
FYI, I just uploaded a fixed version of ksh into testing-proposed-
updates.
The version in unstable is still broken however as the bug has finally
been fixed in the current upstream version 2012-08-24.

Ah, I seem to have been able to recreate this when using
ubuntu-12.10-desktop-i386.iso and not choosing persistence after
reformatting my drive with usb-creator-gtk.
