dpkg -l | grep nvidia

sudo apt-get remove
of everything found above.
I'm not sure now whether this was the headers dependency issue
recurring, or some other nvidia problem. There were some error messages

I'm somewhat puzzled, the SRU team hinted that they would allow the
simple patch through for this release as it is clearly visible of the
patch and has about a zero regression risk. We are now pointing to
13.04, why am I hearing that the patch for 12.10 is being blocked, as it
has to be in 13.04?
This might be related to this bug. I disabled ubuntu one tomboy sync
months ago so it wasn't (or should not have been) syncing. But when I
upgraded from 12.04.1 to 12.04.2, all my notes where gone from
~/.local/share/tomboy. (maybe an update or something else re-established
the ubuntu one syncing

thanks, bkerensa, much appreciated from the quality / testing team. I am
trying to get all the ducks in a row as part of 12.10 testing so we have
them all assembled for 13.04 going onto 13.10. Getting testdrive happy
with VBox 4.2 and it knowing all the official flavours will be a
great help to

Ah, of course also setting the vertical/horizontal sizes in CCSM general
options to what you prefer, will do the same of gnome control center ;)

for now from the Appearance panel in gnome control center (you need the unity
version).
In case you removed it from favorites as well (i.e. cfr gsettings get
com.canonical.Unity.Launcher favorites), you need to make sure that that list
contains also the 'unity://expo-icon' URI.

Same problem for me, and also affects playing flac/mp3 off a windows
share with Audacious. Usually I can kill the task, but it stays around
zombified. Started after the upgrade from 12.04 - 12.10.

2. Stop exposing IAccessibleText altogether on that object (i.e.
QueryInterface shouldn't return it). To work with current NVDA, the text
would have to be exposed as the value rather than the name if the role is
label. We can debate this
