That's the latest kernel in drm-intel-next. There is a newer one (23rd of
Feb) in drm-intel-nightly that has the same Ville S. fixes at the top but
COMMIT is another different number. I'll try that; I don't see any point in

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v3.8 kernel[0] (Not a kernel in the daily directory) and install both
the linux-image and linux-image-extra .deb packages.

This issue has also propagated to Linux Mint 14, an Ubuntu derivative. I
was having difficulty using my German Privacy Foundation Crypto Stick
with Mint or Ubuntu.
While it doesn't solve the underlying issue (that is, the gnome-keyring
agent doesn't play
I'd like to perform a bisect to figure out what commit caused this
regression. It would be very helpful to know the earliest kernel where
the issue started happening as well as the latest kernel that did not
have this issue.
Can you test the following kernels and report back? We are looking for
