Looks like the problem is that libgrip is assuming all GEIS instances
return the same device ID for the same device. It's an invalid
assumption. Device IDs are only valid within an instance.

I got the same Query type message when adding an Epson WF-3520 printer
to a Ubuntu 12.04 LTS system. The interface works OK for all prints
EXCEPT .pdf files. These print blurred! Since postscript (ps) and pdf

This problem is partially worked around by not-so-recent translation change in
upstream.

Such translation is included in 3.6.1 tarball already but Unfortunately
Ubuntu 12.10, even claim to have Gedit 3.6.1, doesn't seem to get that
from
I agree that that probably should be fixed but it doesn't damage the
program. The recommendation is a recommendation not a requirement so it
can't be a bug surely?

Quantal B1 gedit new
On 12.04 number 11 is functioning properly for me, so that issue appears
to have been fixed.
As far as 12, wouldn't that be a design request? It's one that likely
would not work unless menu items are hidden and only the window
management controls were shown. I can even unmaximize the window if
