[Bug 1210761] [NEW] apache ignores ServerAlias directive when using Server Name Indication for SSL vhosts
Public bug reported: When using Server Name Indication as described in https://wiki.apache.org/httpd/NameBasedSSLVHostsWithSNI the ServerAlias directive is ignored. This results in both the wrong certificate being used and the wrong content being sent. Workaround: Create multiple vhosts with different ServerName directives, one for each hostname. See http://serverfault.com/questions/377186/apache-namevirtualhost-on-port-443-ignores-serveralias Still, the expected behaviour as described in the apache wiki is that both the ServerName and ServerAlias directive should be used to determine the right vhost to answer a request. @Bryan : no, i expect zoom % not to change at all...? the point is: page zoom is changing depending whether cursor is in text or image is selected. try it for yourself: take a document with images or the one attached to this bug report. choose view:zoom:entire page. then place cursor somewhere in text, read the zoom factor given in the lower right corner, then click on a image, read the zoom factor again. it changes! slightly. in my case from 49% to 46%. this triggers unnecessary redraws of the page which are not noticeable in most cases but when you're trying to edit an A0 poster with heavy images each change between text and images takes 5 minutes...! for what, just to redraw the page with a slightly changed zoom factor? this is a waste. i expect zoom not to change. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1192599 Title: writer: zoom fraction changes when clicking on figures To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1192599/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1208218] Re: intermittent left-channel audio distortion
you can also use hint string to disable these features Hint Strings The codec parser have several switches and adjustment knobs for matching better with the actual codec or device behavior. Many of them can be adjusted dynamically via hints strings as mentioned in the section above. For example, by passing `jack_detect = no` string via sysfs or a patch file, you can disable the jack detection, thus the codec parser will skip the features like auto-mute or mict auto-switch. As a boolean value, either `yes`, `no`, `true`, `false`, `1` or `0` can be passed. The generic parser supports the following hints: - jack_detect (bool): specify whether the jack detection is available at all on this machine; default true - inv_jack_detect (bool): indicates that the jack detection logic is inverted - trigger_sense (bool): indicates that the jack detection needs the explicit call of AC_VERB_SET_PIN_SENSE verb -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1208218 Title: intermittent left-channel audio distortion To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/1208218/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 487695] Re: autoduplex constraints should be dropped
I think the change introduced by Till Kamppeter (make-duplex-page-sizes- default.sh) now has side effects on the regular (not duplex), at least for A4, where normal margins aren't used, and always set to the duplex ones. See Debian bug http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=655106 for more details. I'd suggest improving the solution, or getting rid completely of this make-duplex-page-sizes-default.sh if upstream is now working properly. [Bug 1172908] Re: [Vaio T Series SVT15112CXS] USB 2.0 Ports Don't Work
Why would you deliberately make this whole process a pain in the a** for us Ubuntu users and force people to create duplicate bugs?! I've never seen a bugtracker where people are actively encouraged to create duplicate bugs. Is there somewhere a guideline to read after the reason for that, atleast? Just actively invalidating the bug without telling the reason is kind of strange... Why is this bugreport invalid? The bug says I have a Sony Vaio T-Series laptop. The usb 2.0 ports are not working. Obviously EVERY owner of this laptop and obviously it's some bug in the kernel USB system, is it not? Then again, how likely is it that Canonical fixes a Kernel bug.. might as well install Fedora. [Bug 1181789] Re: second call of 'initctl start' leads to fork instead of exec ('mount: / is busy' during shutdown)
I have built upstart_1.9.1-0ubuntu3 for Ubuntu 13.04 Raring. I do not see the bug with ureadahead anymore. However once I have seen busy / on shutdown due to modem-manager and its file in /var/log/upstart opened for writing. There are a couple of minor issues with sources in saucy and their backproting. Automake 1.11 in Raring does not have the option serial-tests (introduced in 1.12), so configure.ac must be edited. Tests rely on exact test messages, so dpkg-buildpackage must be run with LANG=C, otherwise one test fails. Due to the issue with modem-manager I am in doubt if upstart-1.9 should be included to updates of Raring. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1181789 Title: second call of 'initctl start' leads to fork instead of exec ('mount: / is busy' during shutdown) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/upstart/+bug/1181789/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

lenosqueeze, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. Lucid reached EOL on May 9, 2013. Please see this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases We were wondering if this is still an issue in a supported release? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com /daily-live/current/ . If it remains an issue, could you please run the following command in the development release from a Terminal (Applications-Accessories-Terminal), as it will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report: apport-collect -p linux replace-with-bug-number Also, could you please test the latest upstream kernel available following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds ? It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Please do not test the kernel in the mainline kernels archive directory daily folder. Once you've tested the upstream kernel, please comment on which kernel version specifically you tested. If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tags: kernel-fixed-upstream kernel-fixed-upstream-VERSION-NUMBER where VERSION-NUMBER is the version number of the kernel you tested. For example: kernel-fixed-upstream-v3.11-rc4 This can be done by clicking on the yellow circle with a black pencil icon next to the word Tags located at the bottom of the bug description. As well, please remove the tag: needs-upstream-testing If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the following tags: kernel-bug-exists-upstream kernel-bug-exists-upstream-VERSION-NUMBER As well, please remove the tag: needs-upstream-testing If you are unable to test the mainline kernel, please comment as to why specifically you were unable to test it and add the following tags: kernel-unable-to-test-upstream kernel-unable-to-test-upstream-VERSION-NUMBER Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug's Status as Confirmed. [Bug 1210575] Re: Right-click emulation of Onboard does not work
Attached is the result for Onboard-based right clicks. I have tapped the right-click button of Onboard first and then tapped xev. Only with the fifth tap on xev the right-click button of Onboard released. On a second attempt I tapped first the right-click button of Onboard and then I needed 10 taps on xev for the right-click button to release. ** Attachment added: taps-right-onboard.txt https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/onboard/+bug/1210575/+attachment/3766921/+files/taps-right-onboard.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1210575 Title: Right-click emulation of Onboard does not work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/onboard/+bug/1210575/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1084489] Re: System freezes after executing facter command
Montserrat Seisdedos, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. Hardy Server reached EOL on May 9, 2013. Please let us know your results. Thank you for your understanding.
