This should be set prefilled with the appname instead. Eg, if the appname is

were created by qtcreator did not work correctly, I examined the manifest
noticed that qtcreator is creating the old format of the click manifest which
is incompatible with click hooks as defined

In some mp3 files, ID3V2 tags are encoded in UTF-16 LE without BOM.
libid3tag defaults to BE. This false endianness creates Mojibake or pseudo
Chinese characters.
We experience this problem in Audacity.
