After some days with the updated 3.8 kernel I never see this issue
anymore.
Upstream 3.2.52 reverted a patch already reverted on 3.2.0-54:

1. Open Sublime Text 3.
2. Switch keyboard layout fast many times.

Thanks Matthias for the suggestion.
I'm using Ubuntu 12.04.3 (64 bits) and tried the packages from Saucy.
The GTK version can not be installed easily because of its dependency on a
newer version of libpango.
But the Qt version can be installed easily and worked for me.
So here is the workaround
