Alt+Tab stopped working in Gnome Shell after I upgraded to 13.10 today.
When I press Alt+Tab the application switcher comes up but I can't cycle
through it after pressing Tab again. So this way I can switch only
between two applications there and back.

I'm trying to boot from an iSCSI Target via iPXE.
I have specified ISCSI_AUTO=true in /etc/iscsi/iscsi.initramfs, ran
update-initramfs, but open-iscsi does not connect on boot.
Unfortunately, the iscsi initrd hook script is incorrect; if attempting iSCSI
boot based on iBFT

777 5.1 Headset Digital Stereo (IEC958) which is set to the profile:
Digital Stereo (IEC958) Output + Analog Mono Input. I also ran the
alsamixer -c0 command, it allowed me to change the volume of the output
to the headphones
