I have severely been affected by evince due to its hanging and then freezing
behaviour while opening multiple pdf files. If I am in a presentnio mode of
pdfs, then the freezing of files is really problemetic. Also there is no
shortcut for force kill. Although I have made a lounching icon of

With new Nautilus (Files) version (curently 3.8.2 on Ubuntu Saucy 13.10
64 bits), menus are limited to few entries, a gear icone contain now
most of commands. Commands are not accessible with HUD, even in the menu
or in the gear icone.

As pointed out earlier, both mkelfimage and mknbi have become broken
over time. The only clean solution left for older clients that don't
support PXE is wraplinux. Making wraplinux bootstrap an iPXE blob should
work for BIOS-based clients, but not for e.g. Coreboot-based clients.

I have the same laptop (Amilo La1703), and the same problem with Xubuntu
13.04 with 3.8 kernel. There is no sound from the internal speakers,
only from the headphones. Sound was working fine in Ubuntu 12.04 with
3.2 kernel. I also have an Amilo Li1705 laptop which have exactly the
same hardware

Since I upgraded from Ubuntu 13.04 to Ubuntu 13.10, Wireless isn't working any
more after suspend-to-RAM.
I'm using the amd64 version of Ubuntu on my Samsung NP900X3A-B03CH Ultrabook.
