In my latest distro, Ubuntu 13.10, there is a field for setting the
Bluetooth Friendly Name in the blueman-adapters panel. I think it
works, at least on the system I'm using now. (However, this isn't a

GUI widgets(menu bars, text fields etc.) often disappear or become orange

Corner of a app will sometimes be stretched on a sharp angle to one of the
corners of the monitor.
NOTE:
Tested this patch (which is also included upstream), and it works
correctly.
Before the patch I was unable to authenticate to

After the patch, it works fine.
