i've never used fai. That installation is a fresh Trusty one upgraded to Utopic
via sources.list upgrade. If i remember that issue first appear around trusty
beta time.
My previous change (#42) does nothing: grub is still set to 0, grubenv is set
to x and is rewriten with a bunch
The ISO procedure for https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/QATracker is
based on Intel x86 using virtbox. It does not address ppc test cases.
