After disabling WiFi and rebooting, WiFi appears as enabled in
indicator-network and system settings.
This contradicts what is shown in the status bar (see attached
screenshot).
WiFi interface exists, but it is down:

The attachment debdiff from debian/2014.65-1 seems to be a debdiff.
