Strangely this seems to go away after I run juju status.
If I juju bootstrap, then run deployer I hit this (regularly, not
confident enough to say everytime, but certainly more times than not). I
then run juju status and run it again and it's fine.

so I can get booted in emergencies. Newer kernels hang part way through the
boot process. I boot into grub, I hit return for the default

similar effects).

LibreOffice dialogs (such as password prompts, plaintext/csv imports etc) do
not receive WM focus if a LibreOffice app is running and minimised.
