Today I left home twice, once it worked fine, the other time I ran into
this again. This kinda matches my experience of running into this every
other time I leave home. Maybe a bit less. I would estimate it to about
40% of the times I leave my home. Reproducing it manually by turning
WiFi

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade fails due to this package. apt-get remove it
helps completing the dist-upgrade.
