I don't know if it is intentional but tiling windows wont change their
stored minimized size. When trying to move or resize a tiled window it
reverts back to it's previous state and can move the window. This

I didn't know how much of this stuff had been folded in systemd, or is
affected by udev/hotplug etc :-)
In any event, I just retested and plugging the mouse into a 14.10
machine has upower show the mouse, and plugging into two different 15.04
systems will not show it (one upstart, one systemd).

Does Kevin's answer make sense to you? I'd also be curious if you
still see a need to install the gecko-mediaplayer package in 2015.
(I'm pushing to remove all NPAPI plugins from the various default
installs and gecko-mediaplayer just got dropped from lubuntu in vivid
indicating not much use

i have also noticed that in lubuntu 14.04 lte and chrome Version
42.0.2311.135 (64-bit) with SCIM japanese i can type almost everywhere
on my pc and it will type japanese, but on chrome i can only type
japanese IF i press right key on my mouse and then type 1 character 1 by
one
