[15.10 Regression] Sony Vaio has problems resuming from suspend

Can we reopen this? My computer continues to freeze frequently. I have
replaced the motherboard, memory, cpu, it still freezes. I have replaced
the videocard with one of the same model, still freezes. Happens mostly
when I watch a video, beit online or from my action cam. I don't use
Chrome any
I changed the status to "New", I don't know how to set it to "re-
opened".
