Add another confirmed. Just fresh installed 15.10, was running very
snappy, soon as remote chrome desktop installed and rebooted, deja-dup-
monitor eats memory. I had 5gb being taken up and system lagging
hardcore, able to kill service running, system caught up and runs fine.

Workaround #39 solved this issue in Ubuntu (Vivid Vervet) for me a
couple of month ago.
Last week I upgraded to Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) and this issue returns.
Neither workaround #39 nor workaround #55 "fix" this issue for me.
Any hints?

program starts. We used to achieve that by setting
head.sections.selectedIndex to -1, but on Ubuntu.Components 1.3 this
doesn't work: the first item gets selected by default. See the sample
