I tried upgrading from Vivid to Wily and received a dialog regarding
configuring libssl1.0.0:amd64 and restarting services.

When I see that correct, we have a not stable version in Ubuntu LTS in
April. Can we updated to a stable release? The last stable release is
3.2.0.
