@Michael: another thing you could try is to edit the video and reduce it
to a 5-10 second clip total. See if that clip also does not play. If it
does, that means the editor restructured the video to make the decoder
happy. If not, you should be able to share that short clip with myself
or someone

I've uploaded skiboot 5.1.13 to xenial, trusty, and wily. However,
before it can be accepted for SRU into the stable releases, we would
need a test plan for validating this update. How will we ensure that
the new binary package hasn't regressed anything, vs. the 5.1.1
currently in the release?

With xenial (Linux 4.4), I am able to start docker
(1.6.2~dfsg1-1ubuntu5) on a mustang. I do see the syscall 1069 messages
in dmesg, but the service still runs.

I think I experienced it on 4.2.0-19, but some update after that seems
to have fixed it for me. (Sorry for the late confirmation, and thanks
