I've used maas 1.9.1 to setup a bcache partition mount as /. The bcache
is made of a 400GB SSD backed by sda-part2. The sda drive is a 1TB disk
with 1GB carved out for /boot (sda-part1) and the rest given to sda-
part2. I believe the bcache mode is set to write-through.
/etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/mozc_server is another local change. I

Never mind, I took some time to patch libvirt to see if it would have
any effect. Appears to only apply to the records dnsmasq receives the
DNS queries it makes, doesn't ignore any addresses read in from
/etc/hosts.

Yes the issue starts happening after I upgrade from 15.10 to 16.04. It
was fine in 15.10, and if I remembered it correctly, the kernel number
was 4.3.
I tested on the upstream kernel and the issue is fixed in v4.6-rc6.

sudo mv /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-software-service.desktop
/etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-software-service.desktop.old
and restart the mouse works normally.
